This might sound dramatic, but its true. I was reading a book when I noticed this bird on the tree outside my bedroom window, eating fruit. I hadn’t seen such a large or beautiful bird in the wild before (my only previous experience with birds was in Jurong Bird Park in Singapore), and here i was seeing it just next to my own house. I quickly took out a camera and rushed outside. Thankfully, the bird was still there. Though I did take a few shots, it was really tough to take a decent one because the bird was high up and constantly hopping from branch to branch. The bird is white in colour, and it is quite big, about six times the size of a regular pigeon. It has a beautiful, curved, black beak shaped like a Toucan’s. In fact, its head and eyes too resemble that of a Toucan’s but I don’t think it is one because of two reasons- Toucans are not found in India and they are much more brightly coloured. Here is a shot. Does anyone have any idea as to which bird is this?

Akshat i have an idea that bird is actually a smartass like you and is wearing a camouflage suit to make its identity unknown. :P :D
